      Barn Sheets Editing Constraint

      Enabling edits to the Barn Sheets can have both positive and negative impacts. You can easily grant access to previous Daily Checkups, or alternatively, you have the option to disable this feature entirely for users.

      How to enable the Barn Sheets Editing Constraint

       

      You must be an Admin user on the account to enable or disable this feature. 

      All edits or changes made to Daily Checkups through Barn Sheets are considered to be done in Edit Mode. New notifications will not be created when changes or edits are made in Edit Mode. 

      How to enable Barn Sheets Editing Constraint 

      1. Open the Admin Panel.

      2. Click 'Preferences'.

      3. Make sure you are on the 'Settings' Tab.

      4. Scroll down to 'Barn Sheets Editing Constraint' and toggle to the ON position. Screenshot (762)

      If you enable this feature, Caregivers will not have the ability to edit past Daily Checkups. 

      Disabling the Barn Sheets Editing Constraint

      1. Open the Admin Panel.

      2. Click 'Preferences'.

      3. Make sure you are on the 'Settings' tab.

      4. Scroll down to Barn Sheets Editing Constraint and toggle to the OFF position.
