      Compliance Reports

      Compliance Reports play a crucial role in ensuring your Caregivers adhere to regulations and action items. When activated, EveryPig will send Admins and Managers reports regarding on-farm compliance.

      To enable or disable this feature, you must be an Admin User on the account. 

      Enabling Compliance Reports

      1. Open the Admin Panel.

      2. Select 'Preferences'.

      3. Make sure you are on the Settings Tab.

      4. Scroll down to 'Compliance Report' and 'Compliance Farm Report'. Toggle them to the ON position.

      The 'Compliace Report' sends statistics such as Total Reports Completed, Pass Percent and Total Corrective Actions for each Report on Monday's at 6am. 

      The 'Compliance Farm Report' sends statistics such as Out of Compliance Farms, Percent Treated, Mortality, and Percent of Corrective Actions addressed each Monday at 6am. 

      5. Once you have toggled those on, you will start to receive an email each Monday at 6am regarding the statistics of your Reports and the on-farm compliance of those action items.

      6. There will be an attachment to each email showing this data in Excel format.

      Disabling Compliance Reports 

      1. Open the Admin Panel.

      2. Select 'Preferences'.

      3. Make sure you are on the Settings Tab.

      4. Scroll down to 'Compliance Report' and 'Compliance Farm Report' and toggle to the OFF position.
