This article gives step-by-step instructions on how to delete users in EveryPig.
Note: You must be an Admin user in EveryPig to delete users.
How to delete users in an Active Status
1. Click Admin
2. Find Active user and click 'Edit'
3. Click 'Manage Roles' then click 'Revoke all roles'
4. Click 'I’m Done'
5. Users status should now be Incomplete.
6. Using the 3 dots in the top right corner, click 'Delete User'.

How to delete users in a Pending Status
- Open Admin
- Admin has already created the user or creates the user now.
- The user doesn't have farm roles OR the Admin added some farm roles to the user in the past.
- The user has a “Pending” status.
- Admin can delete this user even without revoking the roles by using the dropdown arrow to the right of 'Edit'.
6. Admin can delete user without revoking roles by clicking on the user then clicking the 3 dots in the top right corner.

How to delete users who have been in a Pending status but then are Disabled
- Open Admin.
- Admin has created a user in the past or the Admin creates a user.
- The user has no farm roles assigned OR the admin does assign some farm roles for the user.
- The user has a “Pending” status.
- The Admin then disables the user for any reason and the status is “Disabled.”
- Admin can delete this user even without revoking the roles by using the dropdown arrow to the right of the 'Edit' option or by clicking the users name then clicking the 3 dots in the top right corner.

How to delete a user who was Active then the status turns to Incomplete
- Open Admin.
- The Admin creates a user in the past or the Admin user creates a new user now.
- Admin adds some farm roles for the user.
- The user completes the registration.
- The user has an “Active” status.
- Admin revokes all farm roles for any reason.
7. The user’s status changes to “Incomplete”.
8. Admin can delete the user using the dropdown arrow or by clicking the users name then clicking the 3 dots in the top right corner.

How to delete a user who's status was Active but Admin disabled the user
- Open Admin.
- Admin creates a user in the past or Admin creates a new user now.
- The admin assigns farm roles for the user.
- The user completes the registration.
- The user has an “Active” status.
- Admin disables the user for any reason and the status is now “Disabled.”
- To delete this user, the admin needs to enable the user, revoke the farm roles and then delete.

- Open Admin.
