Extending access to Insights for certain users
You must have an Admin Role on your account to enable or disable this feature.
Enabling Extended Insights Access
1. Open the Admin Panel.
2. Click 'Preferences'.
3. Make sure you select the 'Settings' tab. Toggle Extended Insights Users to the ON position.
4. Using the drop down menu, pick the users you would like to extend Insights access to.
5. Make sure the name of the user(s) are listed before leaving the Admin panel.
Any user(s) you select from the drop down list will have extended access to view the Auto-Reports in Insights.

- Open the Admin Panel
- Click 'Preferences'
- Make sure to select the 'Settings' Tab
- Toggle Extended Insight Users to OFF
