How to create Farms - Spanish

You must have an Admin level role to access the admin panel on EveryPig. If you need an Admin role, contact the person in your company responsible for setting up and managing EveryPig.  

1. Creating Users

This tutorial will show how to create a new user in the EveryPig Admin and how to assign and revoke user roles.

A user in the Admin Role can update another users email address or phone number at any time. 

 
 2. Creating Farms


Click here, create a new farm to see where in the Admin panel you will create farms. 

Take note of which fields are optional and which fields are required when creating new farms.

When you are creating a Source or Sow Unit, be sure to mark it as 'External Farm' and 'Sourcing Tracking'. This will ensure a users ability to connect this Sow Unit or Source to groups. 

Admin users can hide farms once they are disabled. First, using the dropdown arrow disable the farm. Once the farm is disabled, click the dropdown arrow again then select 'Hide Farm'.

3. Creating Companies

This tutorial will describe the concept of "companies" as they pertain to EveryPig. You will also learn how to create a new company in the EveryPig Admin and how to assign and revoke company roles.

Companies are not required on your account. If you have outside management companies that you work with, you will want to create new companies for each.
