How to navigate the Media Gallery

Review and manage media files posted with the Daily Checkup in one central location.

Caregivers, Farm Managers, Farm Owners, Veterinarians and Admin users will have access to this feature. Only users in the Veterinarian Role have the ability to Diagnose files from the Media Gallery.

Reviewing Media Files

1. Open the Media Gallery.

2. Use the Filters options on the left to refine your search.

3. Select the desired picture. Using the 3 dots, you can Download the File, View the Daily Checkup or View the Barm Sheet associated with this file.

Diagnosing Media Files

Reminder: Only users in the Veterinarian Role have the ability to complete this task.

1. Open the Media Gallery.

2. Click the 'Diagnose' option at the top of the page.

EveryPig will offer Illness Suggestions, as displayed at the top of this photo.

3. If you wish to accept the Illness Suggestion, select 'View Suggestions'. If you wish to deny the Illness Suggestion, select 'Reject.

4. Once the suggestion is rejected, the option to Diagnose the file will be given.

5. Fill out the required fields then select 'Save Diagnoses'.

Veterinarians can delete Diagnosis's attached to media files at any time.

The same Diagnosis can be attached to more than one media file on the same Daily Checkup.
