My Schedule

Managing loads just got a lot easier. Accept, Decline or Review Loads from the My Schedule feature right on your account!

If you use EveryPig Scheduling, the My Schedule feature will help you manage all loads associated with farms you have a role on.

Reviewing Loads through My Schedule

1. Click 'My Schedule'.

2. Find the desired load and click 'Review Load'.

3. Review important load details under the Load Info tab.

4. Review important health variables under the Health tab.

Using Filters on My Schedule

1. Click 'My Schedule'.

2. At the top of the page, you'll see a few options to help filter the loads.

- 'Pigs to be shipped' or 'Pigs Completed'

- 'Add filter'

Pigs completed will find loads that have been delivered.

3. If you click 'Add Filter', you will be given a drop down menu with more options that help refine your search.

You can set multiple filters at once or you can use only one filter at a time. If you want to save filters to use later, clice 'Save Segment' after the filters have been selected.

Accept or Decline a Load

Open 'My Schedule'
To Accept, find the desired load and click 'Confirm'
To Decline, find the desired load and click 'Report Conflict'

After you select 'Report Conflict', you will be asked to specify the reason: Scheduling or Other. Pick the correct one and click 'Next'. If you choose 'other', you will be given a Notes section to fill out before finishing.
