Using Out of Compliance Notifications
You must have an Admin Role on your account to enable or disable these notifications.
Enabling Out of Compliance Notifications
- Open the Admin Panel
- Click 'Preferences'
- Select 'Settings'

- Scroll down to 'Treatment Protocols Compliance Messaging' and toggle to on

Groups with an inventory of 0 will not appear as an Out of Compliance Group.
Disabling Out of Compliance Notifications
- Open the Admin Panel
- Click 'Preferences'
- Select 'Settings'
- Scroll down to Treatment Protocols Compliance Messaging and toggle to off
