Limit access to Reports

By limiting access to Reports, Admins can ensure each Farms data is secure and only required information is relayed to their Caregivers.

Enabling Reports Restriction

1. Open the Admin Panel

2. Click 'Preferences'

3. Make sure you click the 'Settings' tab. Toggle Reports Restriction to the ON position. 

4. Using the drop down menu, select the user(s) you wish to restrict from Reports

5. Make sure the name you chose appears in the field before leaving the Admin Panel

Disabling Reports Restriction

• Open Admin Panel
• Click 'Preferences'
• Make sure the 'Settings' tab is selected
• Toggle 'Reports Restricted Users' to OFF
