Creating an Arrival Load after creating a SU Contract

 

To schedule and manage arrival loads, you must be assigned the Admin role on the account. 

Scheduling an Arrival Load

1. Open Scheduling.

2. Select 'Arrival' under Plans.

3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click 'Create Plan'.

4. Give the plan a name then click 'Save'.

5. Click and drag a load from the list below.

The loads displayed at the bottom of the page are automatically generated from the Contracts created. 

Note: You can drag as many loads as needed to the plan. 

6. Select 'Find Barns'.

7. Select the load on the left side of the page, then select the point of destination.

If you have more than one load to schedule, click the 'Match Multiple Loads' option displayed on this page. 

8. From the window, click 'Schedule Load'.

9. Enter the Trucking information then click 'Save'.

Trucking information can be preloaded into your account by going to Admin > Companies > Trucking Companies > Create Trucking Company. 

10. Complete each Logistics section, then click 'Save'.

If you need to add a note for the Trucker Driver or Caregiver, you can do so in the Notes section. 

11. Lastly, complete the Group Assignment Section, then click 'Save'.

12. When all required fields are complete, select 'Schedule Load'.

13. Review that the load status has changed to matched then select 'Continue'.

14. Review the Load details and click 'Confirm'.

15. EveryPig will automatically notify the responsible users associated with this load. Click 'Send'.

Users with a Caregiver or Farm Owner role will receive notifications of new loads scheduled. 

16. You did it! The load was scheduled successfully and you can monitor the status from the Plans Page.

Editing a Load

1. Open Scheduling.

2. Click 'Arrival' under Plans.

3. Find the load you wish to edit.= and click the Load #.

4. Click the 3 dots in the right corner.

5. Select 'Edit Load

You can only make edits to a load that is in a Pending Status.
