How to create a Packer Contract
Understanding Speciality Contract Requirements
You must have an Admin Role on the account to create and manage Packer Contracts.
Creating Packer Contracts
1. Open Scheduling.
2. Select 'Contracts' on the left side menu.
3. Click 'Create Contract'.
4. Select 'Packer Contract'.
5. Give the contract a name. Then complete the Contract Info section using the drop down menus. Once you are finished, click 'Done'.
6. Complete the Contract Requirements section using the drop down menu. Once you are finished, click 'Done'.
7. Complete the Load ID Paradigm section. Once you are finished, click 'Done'.
EveryPig gives you the option to create custom load numbers. If you decide not to create load numbers manually, EveryPig will auto-generate them for you.
8. Complete the Speciality Contract Requirements section using the drop down menus. Once you have finished, click 'Done'.
Special Contract Requirements allows you to set specific filters around the contract, such as Group ID or Estimated Average Weights. By using this option, EveryPig will filter available farms according to those filters.
9. Review the Contract Details in the overview section. Once you are finished, click 'Save and Close'.
Deactivating a Packer Contract
- Open Scheduling
- Click 'Contracts'
- Find the desired Contract and click the 3 dots on the right
- Select 'Deactivate'
To Deactivate a Packer Contract, the status of the Contract must be Active.
Deleting a Packer Contract
- Open Scheduling
- Click 'Contracts'
- Find the desired Contract and click the 3 dots on the right
- Click 'Delete'
To Delete a Packer Contract, the Contract must be in a Draft status.
