How to create a Sow Unit Contract
You must be an Admin user on your account to access Scheduling and create Contracts.
Creating a Sow Unit Contract
1. Open Scheduling.

2. Click 'Contracts' on the left side menu.

3. Select 'Create Contract'.

4. Select 'Sow Unit Contract'.

5. Give this Contract a name at the top of the page then complete the Contract Info section. When you have finished, click 'Done'.

6. Complete the Contract Requirements section and when you finished, click 'Done'.

7. Complete the Load ID section. When you have finished, click 'Done'.

Load ID Paradigm allows the user to customize load numbers or let EveryPig Auto-generate load numbers.
8. Review the Contract Details then click 'Save and Close'.

Deactivating a Sow Unit Contract
- Open Scheduling
- Click 'Contracts'
- Find the desired Contract and click the 3 dots on the right side
- Select 'Deactivate Contract'

You can only deactivate a Sow Unit Contract when it is in an Active Status.
Deleting a Sow Unit Contract
- Open Scheduling
- Click 'Contracts'
- Find the desired Contract and click the 3 dots on the right side
- Select 'Delete'

You can only delete a Sow Unit Contract when it is in a Draft Status.
