Scheduling Sale Loads

 

You must be in the Admin Role to access EveryPig Scheduling. It is the Admin's responsibility to schedule loads. 

Scheduling a Sales Load

1. Open Scheduling

2. Select 'Sales' under the Plans Section

3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select 'Create Plan'

Eligible Contracts with Dates/Times loads can be scheduled will be displayed at the bottom of the page. You can use filters to refine your search. 

4. Give the Plan a name then click 'Save'

5. Click and drag loads up from the bottom of the page. Then click 'Find Pigs'Screenshot (713)

You can drag as many loads as needed under one plan. 

6. Select the load you want to schedule from the left side of the page. Next, decide where this load is coming from. Screenshot (714)

To schedule more than one load at a time, click 'Match Multiple Loads' from the screen above. If you need help matching multiple loads, please watch this short video to guide you through the process.

You can review other Scheduled Loads for this farm using the 'Scheduled Loads' tab on this screen. If you want to review past load history associated with this farm, click 'Load History'. 

8. Review Load Flow, and add additional points of Origin/Destination if necessary. Click 'Edit' to set a Trucking Company, the Rate and Rate Type.

Once you have selected the Trucking Company, Rate and Rate Type for the first load present, that information will be automatically applied to ALL other loads in this plan. 

9. Review the Logistics Details for the point of Origin and the point of DestinationScreenshot (1117)

EveryPig will auto-fill the logistics details such as Time to Load in Minutes, Pick up date/time, Cut level, Head Counts and Arrival Date/Time. You can edit this information if needed.

10. Once all the fields are complete, you can select 'Schedule Load' at the bottom of the page.

11. Next, click 'Continue'

12. Review the load details then click 'Confirm'

13. A window will appear notifying you that notifications will be sent out to users associated with the load. Click 'Send'

Users with a Caregiver or Farm Owner role will receive notifications regarding new loads scheduled. 

14. You have successfully scheduled a Sale Load. You can review the status of the load here.
