The Sale Results page plays a critical role in Scheduling, allowing users to review their Sale Results and make changes to load information if needed.
To access the Sale Results Page or make changes to load information, you must have an Admin Role on your account.
Reviewing Sale Results
1. Open Scheduling.
2. Click 'Sale Results' on the left side of the page.
3. Click the Load # in orange.
4. Review all users activity associated with the load on the Activity Feed.
5. If you are an Admin User, you can lock the Results so only Admin users can edit the final information and once you have finished making all changes, click the 'Update' button.
Using Filters to refine you search
1. Open Scheduling.
2. Click 'Sale Results' on the left side of the page.
3. Select 'Add Filter' and choose from the drop down menu.
You can apply as many filters as necessary to refine you search. You can save those filters as a segment if they are used frequently.
Exporting Data from the Sale Results Page
1. Open Scheduling.
2. Click 'Sale Results' on the left side of the page.
3. Select 'Export CSV'.
This will appear as an Excel file downloaded to your desktop.
Managing Visible Fields
1. Open Scheduling.
2. Click 'Sale Results' on the left side of the page.
3. Click the 3 dots on the right side of the page.
4. Select 'Manage Visible Fields'.
5. Click and drag any field under the 'Manageable Fields' section that you wish to hide on the Sale Results Page down to the 'Hidden Fields' Section. Once you are finished, select 'Save Changes'.
