Schedule and manage transfer loads from your Nurseries to your Finishers with ease. You can simply make changes to individual loads or multiple loads at once using EveryPig Scheduling.

To create and manage Transfer Loads, you must have an Admin Role on the account.
1. Open Scheduling.
2. Select 'Transfers' under Plans.
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select 'Create Plan'.
4. Give the Plan a name then click 'Save'.
If you need to delete a plan before scheduling loads, click the 3 dots to the right and select 'Delete'.
Note: You cannot delete plans one the loads have been scheduled.
5. At the bottom of the page, you will see all eligible Farms. Click and drag the desired Farm up under your Plan.
You can drag more than one Farm up to your plan from this page.
6. Click 'Find Barns'. From there, a window will appear for you to determine Loads.
A la carte load(s) means that you can schedule as many loads as you want manually from this group. If you select 'Schedule Loads to empty this group', EveryPig will automatically generate the number of loads needed to empty the barn.
7. If you select 'Schedule a la carte load(s)', determine the head count for the load then click 'Generate Load(s)'.
8. Click the load you wish to schedule from the left side of the page, then click the barn the load is coming from.
If you have more than one load to schedule at once, you can use the 'Match Multiple Loads' option displayed at the bottom of the page.
Admin users can export eligible barns into an excel file from this page using the 'Export CSV' option.
9. Click 'Schedule Load'.
10. To determine the trucking company you wish to use, click 'Edit' and use the drop down menus to determine Trucking Company, Trucking Rate and Trucking Rate Type.
The Trucking Rate Type will default to Hourly for ALL Transfer Loads. If this field needs to be changed, you can do so at any time by clicking inside the field.
11. Complete the Logistics portion of this window. Click 'Edit' for each section. You will use a series of drop down menus to determine the details, like the Pickup Date and Time or head count.
The user can apply date and time to all other loads using the field "Apply date and time to other load(s)".
12. Lastly, decide on the group information. You can assign to an existing group or create a new group. You can even decide to designate group information later. Finally, click 'Schedule Load'.
13. Once the status changes to Matched, click 'Continue'.
If you have more than one load matched and need to make edits, use the 'Edit Mulitple Loads' option at the bottom of this page.
14. Review the details of your load if needed then select 'Confirm Loads'.
15. A window will appear stating that notifications will be sent to the users associated with this load. Click 'Send'.
Caregivers, Farm Owners, Trucking Admin(s) and Truck Driver will receive notifications about new loads via email and text message.
16. Now you can review the status of your load from the Plans page.
If changes to a load need to be made, you must complete those changes before the status of the load moves to 'In Progress".
Remember: When a load is scheduled through EveryPig Scheduling, the Caregiver should accept the load from their My Schedule tab and ship the load from their Daily Checkup.
Caregivers will see warnings on their Daily Checkup for loads scheduled and should not create a load manually if it has been scheduled through EveryPig Scheduling.
