We understand how important closeout data can be to you and your operations. That's why we've created our version of a Closeout Summary. This report includes mortality data, group inventory and more!
Note: Only Admin users can enable and disable this summary.
How to enable/disable the Weekly Closeout Summary
1. Click 'Admin' on the left side menu.
2. Click 'Preferences'.
3. Click the Settings tab.
4. Scroll down to Weekly Closeout Summary.
5. Toggle to the on position to receive the weekly summary.
6. In the search users field, add any users that should receive this summary each week.
7. When you are finished adding the necessary users, you can exit the Admin section.
Note: This summary is emailed out each Monday, at 6am.
Things to remember:
- This summary only comes once a week.
- There are no attachments in the email.
- All metrics of the summary can be reviewed from the body of the email.
